It's totally shocking how he didn't have to explain those comments

Shambolic management, which yet kept him in a job 18 months longer

So when you say "blame the board when it suits", I'm quite wary of what you're up to. I don't blame the board when it suits, they've made some appaulling decisions and have been largely blameless in their whole time here
