Charlton were (still are) the worst team in the league and Forest were the 2nd worst. I'm not getting into comparing teams results, I'm merely pointing out the difference in attitude you have shown towards 1. A successful manager whose team went off the boil towards the end and 2. A failing manager whose team went off the boil.

The difference in attitude is MASSIVE and with one being the boards fault and the other being the managers fault.
