Worst captain in living memory = Hughes. He may have done all the fist-pumping and geeing-up and crowd-applauding type captain stuff to the desired standard, but the effect he must've had on the rest of the side more than negated any of that. When your captain can be relied upon to be in the wrong place most of the time and to be s**te whenever he happens by statistical probability to be in the same place as the ball, I can't be arsed finishing the sentence because football is s**te, we are s**te and everything else is s**te too.
