Further down somebody asked why haven't we heard from any member of the Board and I think that's a very good question and is an example of the problems we have. Surely in such desperate straits its time for a figure-head to stand up and try to rally all concerned with the club but instead they just seem to shrink further behind the scenes. I've always thought that some of the problem is that many people still don't know who's in charge. Is it Delia as majority shareholder or Mumby as Chairman (indeed many Norwich fans still quote that Delia is the Chairman). I also think that the new-Labour type spin that the club has produced over the last few seasons is coming up to bite them because they've concentrated more on spinning and less on the real issues. This is typified by the SCG who are unelected so-called 'supporters representatives'. Trouble is, when you continually spin and surround yourself with your chosen few you begin to believe your hype. It's important for any organisation to continually question its very purpose and for me NCFC have done the opposite (indeed if you do dare to question then you're showing total lack of respect for Delia and you're a traitor to the cause). Questioning should be embraced and used to make sure that you can see the wood for the trees.
