No I don't think relegation is a good thing, but with the pattern I mentioned above, I can't see how we would get better continuing on that cycle of events, especially as we've gone down the same route for the last 3 years and we're steadily declining (hence the going down bit to learn lessons, as it wouldn't be the same pattern of events, it would be a disaster, and then a wake up call as to how it all happened)
