He was jumping about like the inbred IQ-vacuum he is, and managed to wobble right into one of his mates who was on crutches. Bloke goes flying down the steps, one of his crutches smacks into the side of some unexpecting blokes head (he looked like he was in a lot of pain, actually), and the topless fat bastard got told off by his dad, and told to sit down.
