But they want to fly because they arrive in much better shape

Sitting on a coach all the way to f**king Blackpool ... they arrive stiff, especially if they are carrying injuries. Plane makes complete sense in terms of the physical state they arrive in. It probably also allows them to leave later and therefore get a better night's sleep.

Small things can make the edge and I think it is pathetic penny-pinching to make the players pay for something which is such an obvious boost ahead of such an important game
