Bilbao reaching the Copa Del Rey final last night - great stuff...sounds an amazing day...

got this email from my Bilbao mate this morning...

'amazing... did you see all the people on the field at the end of the match???
before the match, athletic cooked 100 lambs at the doors of the stadium for the people... It was a historical day.
From the hotel to the stadium, thousands of people accompanied the players singing and motivating....
for a week flags and t-shirts have been in all the windows....
all the children in bilbao are wearing today the T-shirt at class, and yesterday afternoon nobody worked in bilbao.
really, we deserved all that again after so many difficult years...
I hope you are not jealous, glorious days will happen in Norwich again too...'
