Did you sort your channel 4 and 5 thing. it looks quite common on forums

something to do with encrypting the channels or them sending software updates

Someone asked me the very same question yesterday, that their 4 year old takes the viewing card out all the time and messes it up, and whether I knew how to retune channel 4 and 5 back in :s
