The fans started to get on Roeder's back, and the board bowed to the pressure, even though his appointment was vindicated to a large extent we stayed up last season. Without an immediate managerial scapegoat (Gunn is a legend, it's not his team etc.), their want for someone to blame has reverted to the board. I don't understand why we have to blame anyone other than poor players for our current league position.
