also I live with a scummer now. This is the email he sent me this morning...

"I?ve rarely felt as angry as I do right now about football. Sure, last night?s result was dreadful and the players and manager should feel ashamed of themselves. But it pales in comparison to the behaviour of our ?fans? who were chanting ?what a waste of money? at Norris, ?you?re being sacked in the morning? at Jim, and generally cheering on Southampton?

Not that it surprises me in the slightest. Our home ?support? this season has been as pathetic as I?ve ever seen at any ground. And if league positions were based on that, I?ve no doubt that we?d lose our league status. Yes, they really are that bad. More delusional than Liverpool, Spurs and Newcastle fans put together, and with far less reason.

I won?t return to Portman Road again until I?m sure that the glory fans have f**ked off elsewhere, preferably to an early and violent death. I hope that you beat us in the derby and stay up. I hope that Jim walks, rather than subject himself to anymore of this abuse. I hope our best players leave. I hope that Marcus Evans pulls out and invests elsewhere. I hope that we get relegated next season.

It?s the least we deserve.
