A few years ago she was replaced by Lindsay Greensted-Benesch (I think that's the spelling), an acquaintence of Delia's.

LGB still works for NCFC, but is, I understand, now directly employed by Delia. This change could have been one of the cost-cuttings last year, made as a result of the Turner's review of the NCFC operation.
