1. The marketing department is separate from the football side. They are different groups of people. You can't say that because one side is doing well it demonstrates that the other side is being neglected because of it. You have no evidence to back this up other than results going badly - the two things aren't related.
2. You're saying expectations are too high because of the big crowds. This completely goes against most people's argument that Delia and co aren't ambitious enough and play the "little old Norwich" card too often. You can't have it both ways. Again I can't see how expectations make a difference to the playing side. Surely it attracts better players?
3. These fundamental changes you talk of, what are they exactly? The board do all they can to bring in as much money as possible. What are these revenue increasing changes that you think they are missing due to becoming complacent? Do you not think the lack of money we have despite season tickets will prevent any complacency anyway?
