This 17000 season ticket business...
In my mind it is part of the problem at the club.
The club have been superb at selling the 'product' of going to football over the last 5 / 6 years. This is why they are so well respected 'within the game'
However they have also failed miserably to deliver the product. What is more, the fact that so many people turn up makes them think that the product should be really good.
In summary it makes them a bit like these guys
