Gunn etc

I am very pro Gunn and the new backroom staff.

Lets face it. We have the players to be at least a half-decent side in the division. The key points that I hope Gunny gets is:-

Confidence is everything.
Play players in their best position.
Don't play out of form players.
Try the youth sometimes. Get them integrated.
Get rid of bad eggs (Fozzy).
Try not to get too many cheap crap loanees in. Upsets the permies and can be destructive. Hucks, Crouch, harper, Lita , Ched etc accepted.

Simple really.
