Thanks for your email David. I appreciate the opportunity finding out how fans really feel on this matter.

The fact of the matter is, Delia Smith, her husband and indeed the entirety of the board believe that using bags of pre-grated will in the long term save us a lot of time and effort which we can in turn put to better use elsewhere (buttering the toast for example, or even toasting both sides).
