Norwich are not a PLC so the share price is not set by the market

They decided to set it at ?30 at the AGM I think.

Delia could choose to accept less for her shares but at the moment she seems to want to recoup all her money.

That is fine, but it makes a mockery of her previous statements that she would 'give' her shares away
