I agree with this, but it is also what is part of the problem

he tries too hard for Norwich and thats why it doesnt happen for him here, because it means so much to him. Funny thing to say considering most of the others clearly couldnt give a f**k!!

The problem is we have possible the slowest strikeforce in the Championship (and probably lower) who have also got a terrible games/goal strike ratio this year!!

Im really hoping that Codys "No fear" and pace could save us when he is fit!! (clutching at straws I know!!)
