Are you sure chelts?

I've just looked it up, Gunn has no coaching qualifications, apparently. Surprised! Had hoped he'd be a new upcoming Scottish manager. How come a fairly well-thought of Championship club can employ someone without the requisite qualifications? Was it a cost issue for the club or is it because they thought a returning legend could do the business.
