But the board want out. Otherwise they wouldn't be looking for investors.

So, letting them know you want them out is a bit of a waste of time.

Why not save your energy getting behind the team and see if 100% unconditional support from everybody might, just might give them the confidence that's so clearly lacking, and therefore might, just might, start performing...
