Debt can be renegotiated as proven by Ipswich

Norwich Union were prepared to cut their loses and sell their bad debt on to Marcus Evans for a fraction of its value.

Our club is in an unsustainable position so why wouldn't our creditors be prepared to sit down and work out a new deal.

I wouldn't be surprised if Delia has done something stupid like personally guaranteeing the loan which is why it needs to be repaid on a change of ownership.
