Is it the manager's job to check that the medical advice we get is actually correct?
Does Ricky Martin account for his failure to the manager or directly to the board?
Who monitors the scouts? How did it get to the point that when Roeder took over we had no targets at all.

Seems to me that if the manager is coaching the first team then he doesn't have time for that.
