My Very Simplistic View

I agree with Superstar's reasoning below. It comes down to valuation. If Delia values the club at 50 million then no one is interested. If she values the club at 1 pound then investors crawl out of the woodwork to buy the club. This whole discussion of there is no one to buy reflects on someone is unwilling to value their product at a reasonable price based on the current conditions. The current conditions suggest that Delia is overvaluing the club if she TRULY wants to sell. If she is holding on for a price more to her liking under better conditions then she should at least retract any statements made about not being in ownership for the money. That's why I like Ben's petition. Any pressure to make her reconsider her valuation in my mind is a good thing.
