Based on that sum it was worth roughly ?30 per share last May.
BUT:
no-one actually knows what the value of the tangible fixed assets is because they haven't been revalued. The board say they are worth more than the value stated in the accounts
the intangible fixed assets were worth ?2.25 million in the accounts. But from what we read in the press Clingan on his own is worth more than that.
So probably the accounts undervalue the club.
Against that the value is reduced by the fact that the club loses ?10,000 per day. And the value of the tangible fixed assets must have fallen.
So I don't think anyone on here is in a position to judge the value of the club. We know this is an issue that Cullum and the Wynn-joneses disagreed on.
So without knowing the value of the club no-one is in a position to say whether ?30 is fair or not.
