Arrogance

Someone posted down the board that our players are better than our league position suggests. I've certainly been guity of that arrogance this season. But it's not true. We are where we are because the players we have are simply not good enough.
The board I think fell into this error too - they thought all we had to do was appoint a touchy-feely version of that nasty Mr Roeder and everything would be fine. But what we now know is this: they play badly when managed by a c**t, they play badly when managed by a gentleman. Not because they like/don't like the manager/can't be bothered/lack confidence. They play badly because they're bad players.
AT LEAST MOST OF THEM WILL BE GONE THIS SUMMER.
