When Leeds got to the Euro Cup semi - were they are well-run club?
When Charlton were comfortably top half of the Prem for a five-season stretch - were they a well-run club?
And have Arsenal been well run since Wenger arrived?
The common factor is that, without changing the winning system, success has turned to failure (And conversely, the shower of s**te that was NCFC 95-2002 somehow morphed into our best-ever 2nd tier side - the system & board were the same, so how is it explained?)
If your theory is correct then the League Champions should still be Corinthians.
