We are paying the price for having got rid of anyone with any leadership skills or charm.

When you have players like Dion or Malky in the dressing room, you can bet that while the younger players wouldn't care about pissing off their manager but if they got a bollocking off an experienced pro it would hurt a lot more.

We don't have that, just a load of similar characters, none with the fight or the skill to get us out.
