I think her biggest flaw is appointing the wrong people to run the club day to day.

Both CE, chairman and managers. I don't think she signs off all the loan players, she just helps out financially and is there for board meetings, the chaiman and CE will sign off deals as long as they are in budget, which is not the worst by any means in our league. We have a poor chairman albeit a nice guy and a small time lawyer for a CE
