Would it be possible for a club to actually PLAN to be relegated knowing that with a full house of bums on seats and lower players wages they might actually be better off financially?

And of course, if this were the case they could install a club legend to steer the sinking ship to limit any uproar which may occur.

Sounds absolutely ridiculous but it makes you wonder as after all, its still a business at the end of the day.
