i would imagine he is pretty much on the same money as he was before but with the promise of a hefty bonus if he keeps us up. Certainly as we are still apparently paying Roeder in accordance with his contract, it seems hugely unlikely that we are shelling out 2 managerial salaries of around 300k. What a shambles the whole NCFC thing has become...
