This really isn't the time for headless chickens...

The best part of a quarter of the season left and many (many) points to play for.

There IS some quality in the squad but there appears to be a desperate lack of confidence about the place.

One win would make all the difference, whether it be gained from a last minute deflected shot or a game which we totally dominate.

I sense that home games have become a problem for some inexplicable reason but there are opportunities on out travels. We have acquitted ourselves very well without achieving very much at all on our recent travels.

If I were in charge, I would ask players from front to back to express themselves and to take a chance when it presented itself.

The next couple of games are massive but when you consider Doncaster Rovers as an example what we are largely talking about here is a state of mind.
