It's just rubbish to say

that the management have signed players according to their budget constraints and they're just not good enough.
What about all the other clubs that have signed half decent players despite having the same constraints?
We've signed palyers, some reasonable, some not so good and Grant, Roeder etc have failed to organise them, motivate them etc.

Our scouting has been poor, our management has been poor, our coaching has been poor and so our play has been poor, and that's why we will be outside of the top two tiers next year for the first time in 50 years.

We can't hide from the facts. Successive managers have failed dismally.
