the court case was nothing to do with crashing his car

into a stationary vehicle on an unlit motorway.

so quite bizarre that the relatives turned up wanting a harsher sentence given the case was nothing to do with the accidental death of a drunk who decided to get back in his vehicle which he'd just crashed on an unlit motorway.
