We need a complete and utter re-structure in the summer, with a whole new strategy

We all know over the last 3 seasons that all we've been doing is fire fighting and surviving. The chairmen and CE let Roeder dictate the strategy of the football club and a manager can't have that kind of free reign without them involved. I think we need someone more strategic and visionary at board level to work with the manager to help us have at least a vision for the future that goes further than follow another model and the hope prudence brings ambition. There's certain things i love about the board but certain things that frustrate, and many people and I'm mean the sensible ones have now grown impatient and I don't want to see Delia hounded out in unsavoury circumstances.

Maybe I'm jumping on the bandwagon but maybe it is time for a new chief exec or chairman or at least an edition to the board with fresh ideas and a bit of footballing nous
