Firstly the wont fill 30,000 seats and secondly they want to put in an extra 10,000 if the FA gets the 2018 world cup so they can be a host stadium. They would never get picked as hosts and that stadium will look very empty when they are only getting 20 odd thousand fans for a match against doncaster
