Mark Fozeringham - out of contract in the summer?

Am I right in thinking he is? Can't say I'm fussed if he stays or goes. Used to think he was quite decent aT passing and then everyone decided he was rubbish and I just couldn't see the problem with him. Then recently he's supposedly been good but all I've seen is a guy watching the match go on around him. Last week he trotted back towards our goal when his opposite number sprinted free into the space.

p.s he most certainly isn't a hard man, he's not put in a tackle all season.
