Had unpleasant driving thing this morning..

car decided to overtake coming out of a village - not noticing the bollards and nearly knocking down a cyclist..he'd previously done the same by coming down the wrong side of a T-junction..guy in front asked if I'd be happy to witness..which I was..so reported bad person!!
