Pay Pal question

Just sold my first item on e-bay and using pay pal for payment I can see in my pay pal account were the buyer has paid me and I have requested that pay pal transfer the funds to my bank account

Now i know that pay pal state it could take 3-5 days to transfer but I assumed that was just to cover them selfs

What is most peoples experience on how long it takes for pay pal to complete the transfer of funds from them your bank account

Its only been 24hrs since I requested the money am I being unduly concerned at the moment
