If you drove I reckon you could be at

somewhere on the north part of the Piccidilly Line (Cockfosters is easily done in 2hrs from Norwich) by 7:30 then should be able to make it into Covent Garden for 8. Otherwise it's leaving the game a tad early getting into Kings Cross around 7:45 then 10/15mins on the Piccidilly Line to Covent Garden.
