Don't know much about the schools in North Norfolk to be honest but there isn't much call for supply teachers anywhere these days with so many cover supervisors being employed. Dunno if the new 'rarely cover' rules will have any impact though, teachers are no longer supposed to cover many lessons. There are always supply agencies advertising in the EDP job section on a Thursday so I guess there must be some work around trouble is most schools seem to stick to people they know, usually retired teachers who know the school well.

If your friend is looking at high schools, Cromer has just had a notice to improve so I guess there might be some vacancies there if people want to jump ship.
