my only real problem with the pressure for green issues in the UK...

is that something like 35% of global polution comes from two sources - the USA and China... we're bombarded at work with "energy efficiency, carbon emmissions" etc etc - when we adhere to very strict international standards - as do most british companies - so I feel that they're preaching to the converted and would be better off concentrating o n the states and china - where just 2% improvement in those areas would have a massive global impact, rather than the UK alone improving another 2%.
