Last bit of advice I can give is you give them a ring when you've got a lot of

time on your hands (ie, in case it's a long call)

They might just want to adjust the satellite signal and get all the channels back

If it's a case of them coming out, I'd say you're paying it, till they come out for nowt, easy to say "I pay this and this a month and I'm not getting that service, you come and fix it or im cancelling" etc, especially if you've been with em a while

When that happened with us, they came and just replaced the box

If they have to replace yours, they won't have old ones, so you'll get a nice spanking new un
