Is it a sky plus box? When they go they go, I think of them as pc's when a mother board karks it

In terms of retuning, I can only think baring with it and leaving it off at the wall might make it come back

If it is a signal thing, when I had a crap aerial, channels would be better on a night time cos the world has calmed down
