Agreed - last year Dion was mr motivator

He had the all round respect of other players, gave 110% and was a good footballer as well!!
I think Matty P is 110% effort and can imagine he would rally the troops well but I think his game is a bit hot and cold, besides he just isnt gettin the football at the mo. imho
