Shamelessly after a case study

I'm writing the cover feature for April's cover feature for Moneywise magazine. It's on knowing your consumer rights but have been let down by a couple who were mis-sold an endowment policy in the early 90s and managed to get compensated.

So I'm really desperate to find someone who has complained - fought the banks or providers and won. Utilities, broadband, mobile, mortgage, insurance...anything...if you've had a raw deal and got compensation...or a good result by sticking up for yourself...would love to feature you as the case study

I'd not turn to the wrath if i wasn't so bloody desperate, so please if you can help or know someone who does please reply!! Cheers everyone, Liam
