Covering the cost of relegation or not

Picking up on the betting tips from earlier shouldn't the club be laying large bets on a Fulham win or a draw at 2 or 3/1.

That way if Fulham win or it's a draw they make money , we won't by the way, and the benefit of staying up covers layout when we win.
