You're only Proper Norfolk if you can sail.

Sailing is about the best fun you can have with a boat. It is brilliant. It is most brilliant in a little one- or two-man boat where it doesn't matter if you capsize it, because you can right it dead easy by hauling yourself up on the keel board.
