Are you not aware of the strategy by which under-performing idiots are replaced by better qualified successors, not by a worse substitute.

Its all well fans complaining about current management but unless there is someone or a consortium who are more than capable of taking this club over from Delia etc and turning round our fortunes on a long term basis, what's the point in making things worse by throwing toys out the pram everytime things don't go our way.

Constantly changing management achieves nothing.

Consistent upwards progression eventually pays dividends. Granted we've been on a slide for a few years now, but getting rid of key people every 5 minutes solves nothing, except further worsening our already dire situation...
