By constantly issuing new shares and buying them back instead of just investing money in the club.
This way their ?11m investment could in theory be returned by selling their shares.
This is why I think the Cullum deal fell through. They didn't want to kiss goodbye to ?11m so are now gambling with the whole clubs future.
