Sir Allen Stanford accused of $8bn dollar fraud. What intrigues me is

why "Sir" Allen? Is it like Duke Ellington or Earl Hines, his parents thought it was kinda cute? Or did he buy it mail order? Oh, and the money thing - big deal. Who worries about $8 billion these days?
